Do I need to BRING MY TICKET WITH ME?
Yes - all guests must present a printed or electronic version of their ticket to gain entry to the event.

Please be prepared and make sure you have your ticket with you. You can save your ticket to your mobile phone in advance.

What is included in the ticket price?
The in person ticket includes a seat at the event as well as a hot breakfast, tea, coffee, juice and fruit.
The virtual ticket includes a link to the live stream which you can watch live or after the event.

I made a mistake when purchasing my ticket. Can I get a refund?
Per the terms and conditions you can request a refund for the ticket price up to 7 days prior to the event.
I have purchased a virtual ticket but I can't find the link. What do I do?
Your virtual ticket will be sent to you by email from Humanitix when you make your booking. Please check your email Inbox and Spam folders. If you do not receive the virtual link to within a few hours of making your booking - please contact us and we can resend this to you.
The virtual link does not work. What do I do?
The breakfast committee is not responsible for supporting technical issues outside of our event. Please check that the link to the livestream is working before the event as some organisations block Youtube links. You should be able to click on the link and see the livestream holding page in the lead up to the event. If this does not work please contact your technical support team to get assistance.
Can I purchase tickets before general admission tickets go on sale?
There will be a limited number of corporate tables available prior to the event. Please contact us if you are interested in securing a corporate table. If the corporate table allocation is exhausted you can still purchase a corporate full table/tables when general admission ticket sales open.
I am attending by myself or with a small group (less than 10). Can I purchase individual tickets?
Absolutely. You will be able to purchase individual tickets. Please pay attention to the location of the seats that you select when you make your booking. Please book guests in the same booking if you want to be seated together.
Are there discount tickets for multiple tables or a school group?

I would like to buy multiple tables, is there a maximum limit?
The maximum number of in-person tickets per booking is 30 or 3 tables per transaction.
What time does the event start and finish?
Doors open at 6.30am and the IWD breakfast will start at 7am. The event is expected to finish at 8.30am/8.45am.
I have special dietary requirements. Can these be accommodated?
Yes - please advise of your dietary requirements when you book your ticket(s). If you do not provide your dietary requirements in advance, we cannot guarantee that the Adelaide Convention Centre will be able to cater for your needs.

The committee will do our best to accommodate special requests for support. Please contact us as soon as possible and let us know how we can help you.

How do I get to the event?
We recommend that guests plan ahead and be prepared for delays on the morning of the event. Public transport is recommended as North Terrace can be congested due to the large number of guests that attend our event.
Parking is available at the Adelaide Convention Centre, we recommend you arrive early as this carpark can fill up quickly. Please check their website for more information.
The North Terrace entrance to the ACC is the best entrance to get into the event. Please have your tickets ready to get into the halls quickly.

I need a tax invoice for my workplace. What do I do?
You will be sent a tax invoice from Humanitix when your booking is confirmed. This should include the information that you need. If you need additional information please let us know.
How many guests sit at a table?
All tables seat 10 guests. We are unable to increase the size of tables to seat more guests.
I have a baby, can I bring them to the breakfast?
Yes, babies are very welcome at the event. If you require a high chair at your table, please let us know in advance so we can work with the Adelaide Convention Centre to arrange this for you.

The Adelaide IWD breakfast is organised by a group of volunteers who are gender equality advocates and keen to support women in our community. The event is the largest IWD fundraising event for UN Women in Australia.
